My therapy style is collaborative, supportive and authentic. I’m passionate about helping you work towards your goals and develop skills that will help you manage difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours, while also building on your personal strengths and values.
My experience and expertise
My clinical practice is innovative, creative, and personalised to meet your needs. I have experience working across both the public and private sectors, in addition to non-for-profit organisations.

I’ve worked with a broad range of clinical and non-clinical mental health difficulties across the lifespan, but I have a special interest in:

Anxiety-related disorders in adults, such as generalised anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and health anxiety

Trauma and personality disorders

Adolescent mental health
I believe therapy can be an empowering and validating experience, where you can grow and create a more meaningful life. To help you achieve this, I draw from several evidence-based modalities in therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I am Medicare registered, and provide therapy sessions in-person from our rooms in Kogarah, or via Telehealth (Zoom or phone).
