Hello, I'm Carolin Hayes - Registered Psychologist

With empathetic ears and an open heart, I am here to help grasp the complexities of the challenges you're confronting, whether they're temporary obstacles or deeply ingrained struggles that have persisted over time.

My aim is to empower you to take proactive steps towards positive change, equipping you with the tools and strategies you need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

As we work together, my ultimate goal is to help you lead a more fulfilling and authentic life—one that is aligned with your core values, passions, and aspirations.

My experience and expertise

Driven by a fascination with the human mind, I enjoy a blend of therapy, assessments, and neuroscientific research. Over the course of my career, I've worked with diverse mental health issues and challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship dynamics, stress management, and parenting dilemmas.

In therapy, I adopt a holistic approach, recognising that each piece contributes to the greater picture of your well-being. Drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I integrate insights from Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. This comprehensive approach allows us to delve into early life experiences and develop strategies tailored to your unique needs.

My credentials and experience

Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)

Master of Professional Psychology

Member of the Australian Psychological Society
